1. Playing with buddies - in the photo below, Clay and buddy Jake are pretending to be blue monsters.
2. Playing "Oof Mountain" - We make a pile of couch cushions, cover them with a blanket, jump off the couch onto the pile, and say "oof" over and over and over.
3. Building elaborate houses, park and garages out of legos for his people and cars.
4. Baking - in one photo, Clay is showing off the cookies he frosted and decorated with Nana. He loves helping with cooking and baking.
5. Art - current favorites are painting and coloring.
6. Playing computer games with Daddy.
7. Reading books - current favorite are his animal encyclopedia and nursery rhymes.
8. Watching TV/movies - Clay would happily watch hours of Elmo's World, Planet Earth and Microcosmos but we try to limit him to half hour a day.
9. Going on outings - current favorites: park, pool, gym, library, Starbucks, and community center.
10. And, to the endless delight of his parents, having conversations with his toys and animals. Since we're up in the far north, its pitch black by 5 pm, and this evening in the car he kept saying "Look at all the Christmas lights, sandwich."
